“Valchev” ООD is known to the consumers with such traditional products, pretty familiar to the Bulgarian cuisine, as COW BUTTER and CREAM CHEESE. We use high quality raw materials produced in Bulgaria, and also imported ones, mainly from the EU.
Manufacture is carried out in two modern functional buildings, having all the conditions and necessary potential of a contemporary enterprise. The high-tech equipment in our new workshop makes it possible to shape, pack and store foods in small packages, both in a normal low temperature environment and in gas protected environment. The quality and safety of the manufactured products are guaranteed by the introduced systems for analysis and control of the critical points and the good manufacturing practices. An HACCP food safety system has been in action since 2006, and since 2008 our activity has been certified under the ISO 22000:2006. All this is a prerequisite for the implementation of strict control of every single production stage – from the process of receiving the raw materials to that of storage of the final products.
